Rules

The Rules of the Competition explain how the competition is conducted what the judging criteria are, how the power matching scoring system works, time limits and much more.

The National High School Mock Trial Rules of Evidence explain the evidentiary issues that arise in mock trial, and they have been simplified for use in the program.

The Forms section includes the official mock trial ballot, explanation of presentation ratings, presiding and scoring judge checklists, outstanding attorney/witness nomination forms and team rosters.
